Lalamove is seeking a high-energy and results-oriented Driver Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City! As a key player in Asia's booming intra-city delivery scene, we offer a fast-paced and rewarding environment for individuals who thrive under pressure and embrace a passion for excellence.  In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our driver community, ensuring the continued success of our platform.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinating with the Sales team about Logistics project or campaign expectations and goals.
  • Communicate directly with drivers to understand their concerns, manage expectations, and foster positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Finance, etc.) to investigate driver issues and deliver effective solutions.
  • Work seamlessly with every function within the Driver Operations team and across departments, to escalate information of driver's current issues and propose process or policy changes when necessary;
  • Track, monitor, and report on driver performance metrics, including delivery timeliness, adherence to driving etiquette and uniform regulations, and potential fraudulent activity.
  • Special/ad-hoc projects  assign by Line Manager/ Department Manager
  • Place of work: No. 10, Pho Quang Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC.
  • Time of work: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), and Saturday (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM)

What you’ll need

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience in driver management.
  • Prior experience in operations or customer service is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop plans to achieve targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage well under pressure.
