Position Overview: 

The Driver position is a crucial piece of our business and requires high attention to detail, a
great work ethic and the ability to abide by and uphold Hadrian’s standards. An ideal candidate
will be punctual, have experience in delivering and picking up parts to and from various
destinations and flexible enough to assist team members in other areas such as shipping and
receiving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, prepare, inspect, re-fuel and safely operate company-provided transport vehicle.
  • Maintain, read and understand route sheets including time changes and provides on-time route performance in a safe and effective manner.
  • Report to duty on time and operate vehicle on an assigned route as directed.
  • Follow strict safety standards on and off the road.
  • Support the shipping and receiving area by performing packing, unloading, and shipping tasks when not driving. Shop tasks: own housekeeping, checklists, and perform cleaning duties as directed.
  • Interact with Hadrian customers and the public in a professional and positive manner.

Minimum Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. and possess a valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • 3+ years of driving experience. (professional driving experience preferred)
  • Able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs) and perform dynamic physical tasks.
  • Able to operate and navigate a delivery vehicle.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Must have a positive work ethic.

ITAR REQUIREMENTS:

To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
