Objective
Provide clerical assistance to the DOT department with all paperwork flow such as work orders, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities

Completes time card reports at the beginning of every week

Completes, copies, and files daily invoices for Rental stores as assigned

Answers phones and gets general information from customers for sales team
-
Assists sales department with filing open and closed contracts

Assists service department with paperwork
-
Orders supplies, business cards, mailers, and all printing
-
Tracks vacation days, personal leave days, and sick days for the rental branches, as assigned

Keeps track of petty cash for Rental Service Manager

Takes payments from customers for sales, parts, and service invoices
-
Aids in marketing and special events planning as assigned by supervisor

Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
Knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through a high school education
-
At least 1 year of office/clerical work experience

Must be able to work unsupervised on occasion

Must have strong organizational skills
-
Strong computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office software such as Word and Excel
-
Must be willing to travel occasionally to other branches as needed
-
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening
-
Moderate analytical skills including problem solving and the ability to interpret policies, procedures and guidelines
-
Excellent customer service skills
