•Be responsible for the daily management of site dormitory:
oDorm check in/out control, room/bed allocation
oSafety management
oDorm utilities usage management
oDorm employees’ discipline supervision
•To handle dorm employee general affairs with related depts, such as dorm regularly inspection, best dorm program, employees’ activities etc.
•To work with Facility team to well maintain dorm facilities
•To work with security guards to protect company & employees’ property
•To work with dorm landlord on utilities, janitorial or other landlord related affairs
•To work with HR to revise dormitory management regulation
•To identify & implement HIROA in dormitory
•To coordinate related depts to complete dorm employees’ activities
Educational Required
oTechnical school and above, major in admin or related fields
Skill
oGood communication and negotiation skill: effectively communicate with employees of different personalities, resolve disputes, cascade company rules and regulations, and collect feedback.
oPatience and carefulness: Be tedious and patience, observe employees' behaviors and solve problems on time.
oGood organization and management ability: Responsible for the daily arrangement of the dormitory (bed allocation, health inspection, safety inspection, goods management, etc.)
oEmergency response handling ability: quick response when emergencies occurs, take precaution actions to protect the safety of employees.
oAwareness of laws and regulations: familiar with and abide by national laws and regulations on dormitory requirement.
oService awareness: Customer first mind-set, provide quality service, including answering questions, providing help, solving problems, etc., to continue improve leaving condition.
oTeamwork ability: keep close cooperation with relevant departments & dorm room/floor leaders.
oApplication ability of information technology: skillful at basic computer office applications
