As a documentation specialist (dossier specialist) in the pharmaceutical industry, you will join a well-versed and driven team of fellow specialists in an international environment. You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the creation of CMC dossiers in Word, PDF, and document management systems.
- Creating response dossiers and dossier plans.
- Performing data entry and formatting tasks.
- Handling troubleshooting and system support tasks.
- Providing training on document management systems and formatting.
- Scheduling meetings and supporting technical start-ups in meeting rooms.
- Leading and presenting in meetings.
- Setting up and adjusting timelines using Microsoft Projects.
- Tracking project timelines and incoming documents.
- Maintaining an overview of Health Authority questions in a database.
- A bachelor’s degree in office management/Business Management or equivalent by experience.
- Previous experience in a cGMP environment is an asset.
- Outstanding written and communication skills in English since this is the working language.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Showing initiative, assertiveness in follow-up of requests, pro-active approach.
- Accurate and Detail oriented.
- Team player mentality.
- Comfortable in giving presentations in front of large groups.
- A full-time (40hours/week) Monday – Friday job.
- A Permanent contract with flexible working hours. (Can start between 7am and 9:30am)
- Home – Office: 80% - 20%
- Place of work: Beerse, Belgium. Bus number 415/416/417 stops in front of the facility.
