One Park Financial is looking for a Doc Processor to type information into our database to join our growing team. OPF supports its staff by marketing aggressively to our target demographic. Company-branded marketing is constantly implemented to provide greater access to inbound, qualified, and interested leads.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and detail-oriented skills, patience and understanding, and the ability to be persuasive, persistent, and firm.

Responsibilities

  • Transfer data from different sources into computer files or database systems.
  • Type in data provided directly by customers.
  • Analyze bank statements
  • Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Update existing data
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economy (preferred).
  • Intermediate English
  • Proficiency in computer software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to securely store or discard documents and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and a full-time schedule
