Responsibilities:
- Execute sales and company development projects.
- Identify and analyze markets and new opportunities.
- Create and maintain effective business relationships with clients and strategic brokers.
- Manage business negotiations and draft corporation contracts with new clients and brokers.
- Provide regular reports to the sales director on progress and results.
- Supervise and manage the sales team.
- Review and analyze the company's sales plan and activities.
Requirements
- At least 10 years sales experience include 2 years senior level management.
- Proficialy in sales.
- Ability to analyze the market and make a business plan based on demand.
- Bachelor degree in commercial or MBA.
