The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive work environment, working across different areas of the organization.
This position will report directly to the HR Director.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of the diversity program, aligned with the company's objectives and guidelines.
- Plan initiatives, establishing deliverables, deadlines, responsible parties, and success measures.
- Coordinate the various initiatives of the Diversity program at both domestic and international levels.
- Prioritize actions, monitor progress, and propose areas for improvement.
- Regularly communicate progress using quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
- Prepare reports for governing bodies.
- Work across various human resources areas (talent, recruiting, benefits, etc.).
Requirements:
- Passion for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
- Experience in designing and running diversity programs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to energize teams.
- Ability to coordinate with different HR areas at local and international levels.
- Independent judgment and assertiveness to evaluate progress and communicate alerts.
- Experience in project management and working with multiple areas.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project management platforms.
- Analytical skills and data management abilities.
- Initiative and proactivity.
- Collaboration and teamwork skills.
Education: Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
