We are seeking a passionate and driven DE&I partner to join our team for a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of our DEI strategy. You will collaborate closely with team members as well as cross functional stakeholder groups and leadership to advise and guide teams through change. The Role
As a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Partner, you will be a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion within Google DeepMind. You will be involved in a range of activities, from supporting the implementation of key initiatives to conducting research and analyzing data to measure our progress. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with different teams and contribute to building a culture where everyone feels valued and respected. We are a small team that strives for outsized impact.
