Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Manager

What will your job consist of? 

  • Develop a comprehensive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and values

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate DEI principles into business practices

  • Design and manage programs and initiatives that promote DEI within the organization

  • Develop and conduct DEI training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels

  • Provide guidance and support to HR and management on DEI-related issues

  • Advise on DEI topic across the Allegro Group

  • Review and update company policies to ensure they promote diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI)

  • Ensure compliance with diversity-related legal requirements and standards

  • Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of DEI initiatives

  • Prepare and present regular reports on DEI metrics to senior management and stakeholders

  • Foster relationships with external organizations and community groups to promote the company’s DEI efforts

  • Represent the company at DEI-related events and forums

  • Act as a consultant to employees and management on DEI matters

  • Cooperation with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) on initiatives (incl. Annual ESG report) driven by Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) Manager

The offer is addressed to individuals who have:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), HR, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing DEI strategies and programs

  • Strong knowledge of current DEI trends, best practices, and legal requirements

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data collection and analysis

  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with diverse groups of people

  • Experience of desk-based research, that is: researching a new topic, digesting information from multiple sources, analyzing and reporting or presenting back
