Who You Are: 

As a District Manager for the Nevada region, you’ll lead and develop high-performing teams to strengthen the Curaleaf brand and drive sales. With your experience in multi-unit management, you will motivate, guide, and serve as a trusted advisor to Store Managers, business partners, and sales leaders. Overseeing stores in both the Las Vegas and Reno/Sparks area, you’ll play a key role in shaping retail strategy and setting the vision for your teams to succeed. 

What You’ll Do: 

Monitor Profit and Loss (P&L) daily, manage revenue and spending, and identify opportunities for improvement across stores. Design and implement training, policies, and goals to enhance productivity and morale. Stay informed on market trends, competition, and sales strategies, while representing Curaleaf as a brand ambassador in the field. 

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve targets by implementing effective sales strategies, leveraging talent, and focusing on P&L management through careful monitoring, recording, and directing of revenue and spending 
  • Coach store teams to excel in inventory control, store presentation, and asset protection, while leading organizational change by assessing operational status and implementing improvements to drive business success 
  • Establish and uphold high standards for the guest journey, training team members to deliver exceptional experiences and using guest feedback to identify and implement process improvements 
  • Retain and develop top talent by providing leadership and mentoring store-level teams. Identify opportunities for improvement in the region and design training, policies, and goals to enhance productivity and morale 
  • Stay informed on market trends, competition, and best practices, while monitoring and analyzing business trends across all district stores and ensuring compliance with state regulations 
  • Flexible with scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and actively participate in sales and management training meetings and events as directed 
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time to oversee 4 stores in Las Vegas and 2 in Reno 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • You have at least 5+ years of experience in retail leadership 
  • You excel in maximizing sales and achieving business objectives, with a big-picture mindset for innovative revenue growth, team motivation, and delivering a top-tier guest experience 
  • You possess a deep expertise in sales, marketing, and supply chain management 
  • You communicate effectively at all levels within and outside the organization, manage and give feedback openly, and demonstrate a high level of professional maturity and emotional intelligence 
  • You lead organizational change and drive team and individual accountability with strong social and influencing skills 

Even Better If: 

  • You have 3+ years in multi-unit retail management with strong leadership skills in the cannabis industry 
Nevada Hiring Range
$110,000$120,000 USD
