We are looking for a District Manager to lead a passionate, skilled and innovative group of team members that are obsessed with making an outstanding impression on every person who walks through the door.

Commercial Requirements:
2+ years of multi-unit management or district manager experience.
Ability to build and maintain relationships, solicit cooperation, and achieve results through collaboration while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
You take full ownership. If something isn’t working, you fix it and you constantly find ways to improve the business by taking feedback from the team and customers and translating it into action items.
Availability must reflect the needs of the business - this schedule will include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Shopify POS experience or familiarity of Shopify preferred.
Experience with RFID inventory management.
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time. Travel will include flying to different locations within your district.

Salary Banding: $120K-$135K
