The Role
We are looking for a Disputes Analyst to join our AML & Anti Financial Crime team at Viva.com. The position deals with dispute and chargebacks operations from an issuing and acquiring perspective, aiming at minimizing chargeback losses.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, research, analyze and handle dispute data;
  • Communicate effectively with customers (both merchants and cardholders);
  • Formulate accurate and timely requests / responses to merchants, cardholders and Banks / Card Associations (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, DCI, JCB, Greek Banks);
  • Initiate monetary and non-monetary adjustments within delegated limits;
  • Cooperate closely with Anti-Fraud, Customer Care and Finance departments.

Requirements

To be considered you should have:

  • Degree, preferably in Business, Economics or Accounting;
  • 2 years professional experience within credit card operations, specifically within disputes/chargebacks;
  • Thorough knowledge of related regulations and operating procedures and systems applied by Card Associations (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, DCI);
  • Attention to detail, accurate and timely processing, problem solving, pro-active mentality, organizational skills;
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in Greek as well as English (knowledge of additional language will be considered a plus);
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
