Vivo Energy Madagascar is seeking a Dispatcher to join its Supply & Distribution team. The Dispatcher will play a critical role in coordinating the distribution of fuel and lubricants to our valued customers, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to company standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the scheduling and execution of deliveries of fuel and lubricants to customers.
• Maintain accurate delivery confirmations and support stock reconciliation processes
• Monitor and manage loading schedules to maintain efficiency and address any potential delays.
• Assign necessary documentation for loading, delivery, and invoicing to ensure smooth operations and document traceability
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and operational standards.
• Serve as the first point of contact during audits and contribute to safety control measures for transport operations.
• Contribute to the trucks safe to operate controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare reports and improve operational efficiency
• Act as scheduler and warehouse supervisor's back up in their absence

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Transport/Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatch or logistics operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of oil products transport and logistics processes.
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
• Capacity to thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic work environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.
