ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsible for implementing the strategy and day-to-day operations of our offices in North America, Peloton's Director, Workplace Experience, North America will be an integral part of the Global Workplace Experience team! The position reports to Peloton's Senior Director, Workplace Experience, and is a critical component in supporting Peloton's goals of creating a safe, inclusive, and efficient work environment, whether you’re working in one of our beautiful offices, in a distribution center, or at home.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON 

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a distributed team of workplace professionals to realize our vision, adapt to changing business needs with optimism, and support their individual growth and success 
  • Collaborate and liaise with local leaders in each of our offices to gather feedback on our workplace experience, understand specific needs, and tailor local and global workplace strategies accordingly 
  • Develop and implement innovative programs, processes, and projects that strive to reduce both short and long term operating costs and improve productivity and longevity, for both people and workplace systems 
  • Support your team in scaling our events and hospitality function within our Workplace strategic vision to provide a scaled service, considering all aspects of event details such as catering, entertainment, transportation, and equipment 
  • Develop strategies to drive office engagement and team member satisfaction at scale, empowering your team to own local culture in the offices they manage 
  • Oversee and improve facilities management initiatives to optimize resources and maintain a safe, efficient, and high-touch workplace environment 
  • Present ideas to improve services and event quality including costs and budgets
  • Achieve cost savings and support at/below budget, through increasing utilization of suppliers and preferred vendors/contractors and by identifying efficiency opportunities 
  • Delivery of non-real estate projects such as refurbishments and improvements
  • Manage site-level budgets, implementing tools to effectively track and efficiently allocate resources to maximize the impact of global and local workplace initiatives 
  • Close partnership with the Real Estate teams and vendors to ensure operational needs are front of mind from the moment a project is launched
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in workplace operations, facilities management, and employee experience to drive innovation and excellence 
  • Infuse DEI practices into Peloton’s culture, fostering an environment of inclusion and support aligned to Peloton’s vision, mission & values 

YOU BRING TO PELOTON 

  • 8+ years working as a manager responsible for complex operations at large office sites
  • 5+ years managing and developing a team 
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Have a balanced mix of people, technical, analytical, and operations skills
  • Experience working with creative and/or technology populations 
  • Experience scaling operations 
  • Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively cross-functionally 
  • Creativity and entrepreneurial spirit a must
  • Proven skills in planning and budgeting

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Our base salary is just one component of Peloton’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.

Base Salary Range
$192,200$249,700 USD
