Summary
We are seeking an impactful and driven individual to lead the Company’s Talent Development team. The Talent Development Director will play a critical role as the Company builds on its ability to recruit, develop, and retain the talent needed to support our customers now and into the future!
The Director, Talent Development will be a strategic partner to division business leaders and HR directors while also being comfortable working directly with managers and employees. Reporting to the SVP, Chief People Officer, we seek an experienced talent development professional who has a desire to learn our business and grow our existing development, performance management, succession planning and career progression initiatives/programs.

We are seeking a leader who will help CTE shape the future of products and services that positively impact people’s lives in the communities we serve.
In the Director, Talent Development role, you will be responsible for the critical task of developing our people. As a trusted leader, coach, and expert in the field of organizational development, you will lead, develop, manage, and support strategies and programs designed to grow our people and create a top-notch employee experience. You will have impact throughout the employee lifecycle including talent development, organizational learning, succession planning, performance management and engagement. This is a hands-on, player coach role that will have significant engagement and influence with a diverse set of leaders, customers, and partners to make a big impact on CTE. Keys to success in this role include leveraging a data driven, enterprise mindset to develop and execute on solutions to complex Talent Development challenges, demonstrating strong stakeholder management, and inspiring your team to greatness.
