You, as a thought leader, will play an instrumental role in making Allegro the first choice employer across international markets through giving the organization people, tools and processes that help attract, develop, and retain top talent to build a winning team. Responsibilities:

Total Rewards

  • Lead the development and implementation of a competitive total rewards strategy designed for the future, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs for all employees across all countries 
  • Conduct market research to ensure that the company's compensation and benefits packages are highly competitive and adaptable to the changing economic circumstances

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Executive Search

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain the best talent to build winning teams 

  • Identify and implement cutting edge technologies to provide best in class candidate experience and set the industry benchmark

  • Establishing processes and best practices to win and onboard top business and tech leaders across Europe 

Learning & Leadership Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive employee development programs that not only give opportunity to evolve top performing people but also predict who will be a future leader and where should talent be allocated across the organization 

  • Create a culture in which top managers take pride in working at Allegro and have an appetite for sharing their knowledge across the organization 

Performance Management

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management framework that aligns with the company's core behaviors and values.

  • Oversee the performance evaluation process, ensuring that employees receive regular feedback and coaching to truly understand what internal and external customers expect

People Analytics & HR Controlling 

  • Develop and leverage HR analytics and metrics to inform decision-making processes, aiming to enhance employee engagement and overall effectiveness of the organization.
  • Manage HR Controlling while aligning with Finance Controlling in terms of managing HR budgeting and forecasting activities. Adhere to financial rules and regulations to maintain financial health and integrity.

Culture and Engagement

  • Develop and implement strategies to create a positive and engaging work culture without bias, prejudice and “glass ceilings” with a strong sense of ownership 

  • Deep diving into the feedback from engagement surveys to understand employees and work backward from their experiences 

Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of work experience, including proven record of leading HR CoE (or HR function) in an international company

  • Subject matter expertise in Total Rewards a plus

  • Manager of managers experience (at least 5 years) 

  • Constant learning approach 

  • Considerable experience in role with transformative impact and direct exposure to C-level management

  • The ability to boldly think ahead and translate strategic vision into concrete processes in cooperation with business stakeholders 

  • Proven track record of deep diving into the work culture, organizational structures and employees’ feedback resulting in winning and scalable solutions

  • Able to put into reality the People & Culture best practices facilitating the top business performance

  • Sharp mind that enjoys working with numbers (analytical thinking!) and being methodical while tackling any problems from the process and employee perspective

  • Being resilient and relentless in building solid, cross-functional collaborations

  • Excellent communicator with fluency in English and Polish
