The role

We are looking to hire an experienced sales expert with a track record of selling technical products / SaaS applications to the EHR market. The ideal candidate will have a healthcare background and have an established network of contacts within analytics and EHR vendors. This role will work directly with our own executive team, our commercial and product leadership teams, and with executive leadership from our key customers and prospects. 

What you will do 

  • Lead strategic and complex sales and expansion discussions to connect Vim product value propositions to strategic business goals for prospects and customers
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of business by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and implementing growth strategies
  • Lead product demonstrations and sales discussions with prospects at various stages in our sales pipeline
  • Act as an internal subject matter expert on the evolving healthcare technology space and payer-provider collaboration landscape, with an emphasis on strategies and investments for technology-based performance acceleration
  • Leverage expertise in our space to inform executive decision-making on product, commercial, and corporate strategy items
  • Provide operational and strategic expertise in value-based care workflows to support specific product strategy decisions  
  • Assist in the creation of strategic marketing content such as blog posts, thought leadership pieces, and webinars

What you will need 

  • 5+ years of experience in sales roles targeting the EHR (Electronic Health Record) market, specifically targeting healthcare technology solutions and software
  • Proven track record of establishing and maintaining partnerships with EHR vendors, including large and mid-sized companies
  • Extensive network of contacts within the EHR and healthcare software landscape
  • Deep understanding of US healthcare payment and delivery models, including practical experience with health plans, provider organizations, or other healthcare enterprises
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence decision-makers in the healthcare industry, particularly in relation to strategic investments in healthcare technology or services
  • Expertise in market trends, strategies, and investments related to EHR and analytics vendors
  • Strong executive-level communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to create and present effective content quickly
  • Ability to synthesize complex and technical themes for specific commercial audiences
  • Experience working on value-based care initiatives or network performance optimization strategies within the healthcare industry is a plus

Compensation and benefits includes:

Salary Range: Base salary ranges between $150,000 and $175,000K with additional variable compensation/commission tied to quota driven targets   

Equity Compensation: Stock options subject to the company policy and board of directors approval

Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Flex time off

Hybrid Work Flexibility: Remote position with a preference for candidates located in EST; employees in the NY TriState Area have the opportunity to work out of our beautiful office in Chelsea NYC
