The Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) team is a world-class commercial organization experiencing tremendous growth as we expand into new payment flows and continue to grow our core card solutions. This is an incredibly exciting time to join our team as we expand. Our team brings payment solutions and associated services to clients around the world. Our global Financial Institution clients and partners deploy our solutions to serve the needs of Small Businesses, Middle Market Companies, Large Corporate Enterprises, Multinational Organizations, and Governments. We work closely with Issuers, Merchants, FinTechs and other ecosystem players to deliver these services. We believe that the market is at an inflection point wherein Visa can play a larger role in building and delivering solutions around the world.
Within VCS, the Global Product Commercialization team supports the Global Platform, Product and Solution owners moving new products, features, and functionality through the MVP/pilot phase to general availability and continuous lifecycle management. Specifically, the team develops frameworks, processes, project plans, and tollgates, as well as collaborating with product owners to create compelling documentation and sales enablement materials.
As a key and lead of this team based in Greater Bay Area (GBA), you will be the product and business lead responsible for building out the new vertical for Visa Commercial Solutions. This role includes forming and driving Visa's new vertical strategy like B2B Travel and launching and prioritizing product capabilities, as well as engaging with key partners including Global Distribution System partners, airlines, hotels and other travel partners and enablers. This role will report to in market VCS Lead.

Based in Greater Bay Area (GBA), you will be the product and business lead responsible for building out the new vertical for Visa Commercial Solutions. This role includes forming and driving Visa's new vertical strategy like B2B Travel and launching and prioritizing product capabilities, as well as engaging with key partners including Global Distribution System partners, airlines, hotels and other travel partners and enablers. This role will report to in-market VCS Lead.
Responsibilities include:
· You will own and drive our new segment strategy in GBA, starting with key markets.
· The role will require you to collaborate with key partners both internal and external in executing Visa’s new segments in the region, making key strategies, executing, optimizing portfolio as well as commercial arrangements.
· As such, you will work with market teams to develop and execute sales pipeline in new vertical in the region, introducing new B2B products and services as appropriate.
· Work closely with market teams to evolve the Visa value proposition, products, and platforms globally to meet client/market needs in this ecosystem.
· Work closely with ecosystem players including airlines, hotels, aggregators, travel enablers, travel associations, GDS and others to ensure close engagement, update on trends, obtain industry feedback and opportunities.
· As the voice of the market, you will need to provide feedback, develop product plans and collaborate with product teams to prioritize and maintain product roadmap to drive future growth.
· Be a thought leader and champion of innovation by staying current with industry trends, representing Visa as subject matter expert.
