Position Summary:
The Director, Site Solutions (PRI) is responsible for Oversee the Site Solutions Team and their study deliverables and Track P & L of the Site Solutions Operations and report to Senior Vice President. Additionally this role manages Site Solutions Team members at the Site Solutions Manager (PRI),Trial Solutions Manager (PRI), Feasibility and Central Analytics Team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Select, mentor and appraise Site Solutions team members
- Support Business Development in proposal creation and bid defense
- Support Business Development in client acquisition activities
- Network with Investigators and Key Opinion Leaders in different indications
- Regularly review Site Delivery Metrics - Conduct regular Site Review Meetings to ensure
- Quality, Turn Around Time & timeline commitments are met at sites by reviewing
- Project dashboard / Performance metrics with the Site Solutions Managers, Trial Solutions Manager, Feasibility and Central Analytics Team
- Attend customer meetings and visit individual as well as chain of network of hospitals and lead discussions of project requirements and strategic collaboration
- Consolidate resource requirements across India and define staffing needs that ensure project delivery at sites across regions while maximizing utilization, realization and minimizing costs
What We Are Searching For:
- A degree in clinical, biological or mathematical sciences or related field, or nursing qualification or medical/Pharmacy degree
- At least 15+ years’ experience in Clinical Trials
- Willingness to travel to meet with the customers and travel between sites to meet with ethics committees, investigators, monitors and internal operations team members to ensure coordination and smooth functioning of trials across sites
