Position Summary
We are looking for someone experienced in the process of implementing Document Management Systems (DMS)to lead the development and growth of our NetDocuments vertical, as well as other new technology partners. You will be working in the LegalTech practice. We are digital transformation partners for legal teams. We advise law firms, corporate legal teams, and government agencies on the software that will best transform their business processes. We implement a variety of legal cloud software and have specialty in case management systems.
What will you do in this role?

Ensure project success in technology vertical(s) you oversee.

Create excellent, profitable implementation project templates/plans.

Continuously improve process to make projects more efficient and profitable.

Be the first tier of project escalation and remediation for both technical and interpersonal issues.

Lead the planning and implementation of the software project.

Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Define project plans, tasks, and resource requirements.

Mentor junior resources to become consults and senior consultants in the vertical(s) you oversee

Create revenue opportunities.

Architect products and services that LegalTech can sell.

Secure secondary engagements with current clients.

Help to acquire net new clients.

Scope and co-sell as a pre-sales solution architect.

Build strong relationships with partner technologies; possible travel to attend conferences, go on site with clients or partners, or attend team meetings

Do project work

The goal of your position is to build a team around your technology verticals. As we grow the practice, you will be more involved in implementations and leading them yourself.
What you will need to succeed in this role?

Bachelor’s degree required
-
10+ years required in software engineering, business development and project management
-
NetDocuments Certified
-
Proven work experience successfully leading complex software implementations / full project life cycle.

Excellent client facing skills.
-
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to quickly learn technologies and software product functionality

Ability to work as a team player

Commitment to integrity
In addition, these specific skills/experiences are not required but nice to have:

Experience in the legal industry (firm or corporate)
-
Experience in legal case management software, document management software, contract management software, or eDiscovery software.

Basic understanding of formulas, familiarity with any coding language

Project Team management experience.

Experience using project management tools
