Building a new company in the recession of 2007 was no ordinary task. Yet with passion and foresight, we charted our course, helping to transform the way consumers engage with their phones.
Over the last 17 years, InMobi has built a global Advertising Platform that powers our customers’ growth by helping them engage their audiences and drive real connections.
InMobi has also built a second unicorn, Glance, which is advancing digital consumption and creating a new wave of disruption. Present on 400M devices across India, SEA, Japan and the US – Glance is one of the largest content platforms globally with~200M daily active users.
The Role will require the incumbent to -

Lead the development and execution of global leadership development processes,programs and offerings

Provide coaching for High potential talent, project teams and business teams, with continued alignment and demonstrated behaviour of the organisation's cultural values as well as leadership attributes

Enable inside - out growth in high potential leaders and managers, through building self and social awareness

Coaching the Business teams to help grow the capabilities of all our employees worldwide, to enable excellence in the execution of our company strategy

Actively coach across functions to build and unlock capabilities in others through high-impact learning experiences are high impact and best-we-can-be

Incorporate a solid understanding of behavioral change and scalable solutions to lead and develop solutions

Provide design expertise and consultation on organizational needs

Work proactively with key team members, subject matter experts and partners to understand and validate business needs to inform design and continuous improvement of solutions

Cultivate relationships with Talent Management, HR Business Partners and business leaders by understanding business challenges and how they translate into our development strategy

Partnering with the business to co-design and co-deliver leadership meetings and training programs
To Succeed in the Role, The Incumbent will need to -

Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful solutions from strategy to implementation, driven by a deep curiosity about the underlying business issues to be solved

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualification in Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
-
10-12 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, or talent management, with a focus on psychological insights.

Certification in Transactional Analysis, study of the Jungian body of work, Gestalt principles, Executive Coaching, to state a few will be enabling for the role
-
Strong experience using psychometric tools for assessment and development is preferred
-
Proven ability to coach leaders at mid to senior levels within complex organizations.

Solid understanding of adult learning principles, behavioral science, and leadership theory
-
Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-
Experience in driving measurable outcomes and scaling coaching programs across organizations.
