Nagarro a leading global consulting and digital services firm, seeks Sales Director to drive business growth in Japan and at Japanese firms across the globe. The incumbent needs to have demonstrable credentials in high-end consulting & technology sales in these markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present a compelling, innovative & effective value proposition aligning with our vision.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve rapid revenue growth, sustainable margin growth through innovative value enhancers, expand our customer base in Japan.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Stay ahead of the domain curve, required industry and technology trends.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business verticals and technology teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales initiatives.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Competencies:

  • Deep experience in selling to high end consulting & technology, have extensive international experience, building relationships and selling across the globe with specific emphasis on sales in Japan.
  • Should have managed multiple large multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Should be able to push through Nagarro's agenda to target CXO level audience.
  • Define Go to Market Approaches; Increase sales rigor, a business development charter aligning with Nagarro principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, deep focus on customer centricity.
  • Effective communication for CXO audience, impactful sales pitches.
  • Having an entrepreneurial streak, ability to build networks and pipelines through organic and inorganic means.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to put together P&L at various levels and communicate the same.
  • Focus on top line and bottom line, keeping organizational strategic focus in mind.
  • Achieving high CSAT scores in deals pursued, won and under execution. Candidate should have a management degree from a top university, specializing in Management/ Strategy/ Sales & Marketing.
  • Should be bilingual (English, Japanese) with 18+ years of experience.
