Position Overview
As part of this role, you will routinely act as lead on the development of client accounts and generation of new projects in RWE and across the organisation. You will provide support, ensuring the timely, high-quality completion of all deliverables associated with assigned projects. You will lead multiple client engagements concurrently and may oversee a portfolio of projects. You will participate in or lead special, internally oriented projects expected to advance Prescient's capabilities and infrastructure, such as new team training or the implementation of new systems or applications, new methodologies or other tools. You will lead proposal development and other business development activities, and will generate new client contacts and business opportunities for Prescient. This position requires an understanding of the evolving biopharmaceutical market and trends, especially in relation to evidence generation and RWE.

Key Business Activities:
- Lead and execute RWE projects to a high standard
- Build and nurture high-value, long-term relationships with clients, while managing and coaching project teams
- Think beyond the project, with a constant eye on opportunities to help build and expand client relationships, add value to brands and businesses, and deliver on our account growth model
- Experience working to meet delivery targets and demonstrated ability to exceed revenue goals, leveraging the RWE team to generate new and repeat business for Prescient
Research:
- Exhibit strong strategic thinking and capacity to provide creative solutions to client challenges. Lead executive-level client 1:1 stakeholder calls and provide solutions that maximise the value of each engagement, employing the whole range of Prescient offerings

Effectively pressure test internal team data gathering and share past project examples to help the team pressure test their own thinking and generate the best solutions to client challenges
Analytical and Insight Leadership:

Manage data partnerships and time-to-access data to ensure timely delivery of RWE projects
- Ensure project delivery meets revenue and profitability targets with respect to costs versus income, e.g., considering the cost of data acquisition and the efficient use of team resources in India and overseas
- Frame key deliverables and provide guidance on the type of potential analyses
- Represent Prescient at global conferences and events to optimize the positioning of the RWE team within the life sciences industry
- Simplify thinking to make analyses and other deliverables and insights more accessible to clients
Communication:
- Best-in-class written communication. Use an engaging presentation style and foster dialog with clients that employs a “seek-to-understand” mindset
- Proactively drive internal meetings and articulate key topics for team consideration. When assigned, act as primary presenter for client meetings
- Develop executive summary/strategic implications that can be shared directly with the client, as well as proposal documents. Deliver major milestone client meetings with gravitas
- Generate new opportunities outside of presentations, such as through informal conversations with clients
Workstream Management:
- Develop workplans for assigned projects
- Proactively set meetings with the broader team
- Effectively communicate deliverable timing and key questions needed to complete the assigned work

Identify key points in internal and external feedback and incorporate them into future deliverables
- Estimate reliably how long tasks will take other team members
- Provide direction to junior staff, as needed
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
Team Contributions:
- Help shape the strategic direction of the organization and particularly the RWE offering
- Act as a “good team player”, i.e., a collaborative and constructive member of the team
- Routinely “take the pulse” of your own team and those in the office; develop strategies to tackle any issues

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Other Skills
The following list outlines the minimum hiring criteria for this position, unless otherwise stipulated below as “preferred” or “a plus”:

Undergraduate or advanced degree in life sciences. 6 or more years of relevant professional experience in a corporate/business or consulting environment, which may include pharma consulting, pharma business intelligence, pharma data analytics, etc. 2 or more years of experience working in oncology, immunology or biosimilars is strongly preferred. An advanced degree may be required

Significant experience in RWE and knowledge of the target market sectors, including the clinical, regulatory, real-world data and commercial aspects of global markets, especially in the EU and the US. Understanding of new product differentiation and how RWE can be used to demonstrate value, of competitive dynamics and f key success factors for new product launches, networking with investigators (KOLs and key trialists)

People management (direct reports) experience, with 4 or more years of experience managing others

Thought leadership in area of specialization, e.g., patents, new constructs or methodologies, publications, speaking events, conferences, leadership role in a professional association, etc.

Advanced knowledge of our business and the fundamental practices, principles and tools used in management consulting, as evidenced by increasing independence in completing assigned work

Sound knowledge of our clients and their needs and objectives, as evidenced by increased speed and accuracy in delivering assigned work and the ability to suggest opportunities to add value

Strong knowledge of the life sciences industry, including drug development and approval processes, clinical trials and patient segments, and ability to leverage this into consistently effective RWE deliverables

Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA and EMA regulations, other relevant regulations and guidelines, and applicable international regulatory requirements
