As a Director, you will serve as a member of our leadership team to create, develop, and build our presence in the Boston market. You will play a pivotal role in being responsible and guiding our clients to design and develop solutions related to the evolving regulatory compliance landscape within the Financial Services industry. The candidate must possess the experience and the ability to implement industry standards and best practices to assess, advise, design, and/or recommend complex, enterprise-wide, regulatory compliance, and/or risk management, policies and procedures, methodologies, toolkits, and templates.
What you'll bring:
- 12+ years of applicable consulting and delivery around Regulatory Reform projects, specifically as it relates to Risk Management and Compliance
- Prior experience in professional services (public accounting or advisory firm), preferably at a large, global accounting firm or with a management consulting firm
- Experience in enhanced prudential standards, resolution/recovery planning and various Basel Accords
- Experience in the business planning impacts of regulation and the strategic implementation of new and evolving requirements
- Knowledge of technology and data solutions to support:
- Stress Testing, Regulatory Reporting, Interest Rate and Liquidity Risk Reporting, Market, Operational and Credit Risk Reporting
- Strong knowledge of commercial/retail banking and capital markets products (e.g., Commercial/Retail Loans, Interest Rate Derivatives, Fixed Income Securities, Repo, etc.)
Travel
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%-30% (varies by client).
- Availability to work on client site or in office 3 days a week, with 2 days remote (hybrid environment)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or other technical discipline

For applicants located in Boston, CrossCountry Consulting is required to include an estimate of the compensation range for this role. The following range takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to, skills, experience, education, licenses, certifications, business needs, and internal equity. An estimate of the current range is $160,000 - $326,000 per year + annual bonus + additional benefits.
