We are growing our team and looking to add a Director, Real Estate Sales to our western suburb leadership team. Our Director, Real Estate Sales will be responsible for fully supporting and driving productivity and broker success plans as developed by the Designated Managing Broker across their appointed branch office(s).
We are seeking a dynamic, sales drive professional who thrives when driving others to achieve their goals. Must be highly organized and technologically savvy. Prior real estate sales experience is required.
Requirements
- Provide a white-glove, premier onboarding experience to our new brokers; welcoming them and ensuring their transition and setup goes smoothly and that they are set up for success.
- In conjunction with L&E, assist with developing and fully implementing training plans including small group and 1-1 training/coaching sessions focused on tech tools, marketing and implementing business plans.
- Work as an accountability partner to new brokers joining our company to hold the broker to their agreed upon business plan, activities and training schedules.
- Positively support the office, brokers and company culture
- Possess strong awareness of company tools and resources that drive productivity/sales (Cloze, Zenlist, Balance, ELI, etc).
- Responsible for management and support of office level events
- Fully support DMBs and recruiters as needed to build relationships and recruit top brokers to our company.
- Focus on retention through broker training and support on B&W tools and resources and partnership with EPIC transactions.
