Your Career
As a member of our German Sales leadership team, you will build and drive public sector account sales teams to exceed company objectives while growing your business according to plan. You’ll be responsible for building a high-performance sales culture that is intentional by building a cohesive sales plan, delivers results in bookings and forecast accuracy while simultaneously mentoring and developing your team members to accomplish individual and organizational goals. It will be required that you track & manage sales activity, be an active seller yourself acting a facilitator and/or executive sponsor for key deals/opportunities and create and analyze sales metrics which will help steer your business to a success.
