Opportunity Summary:

As the Director of Professional Services at Zone & Co, you’ll be at the forefront of revolutionizing software delivery in the FinTech Saas space. Your strategic vision will empower a high-performing team to enhance client experiences, optimize implementations, and drive operational efficiency across the APAC region, with a focus on NetSuite products.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client onboarding and implementation for seamless transitions
  • Oversee project timelines, scope, and budgets with precision
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and effectively manage escalations
  • Mentor and inspire a high-performing professional services team
  • Develop and implement best practices for quality service delivery
  • Identify and drive process improvements within the team
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align goals
  • Analyze performance metrics to enhance service offerings
  • Proactively mitigate risks and resolve project challenges
  • Create initiatives for exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Provide insights for scoping and selling professional services
  • Develop the framework to support regional growth and attract top talent
  • Execute strategies for expanding professional services in the APAC region

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in professional services or consulting roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a professional services team in the fintech industry
  • Professional services experience implementing NetSuite products is required
  • Salesforce experience is highly desired
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to drive operational effectiveness
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
  • NetSuite Certified
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field (Master’s degree is highly valued)
