The Role

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to be responsible for the end to end user experience of the App (iOS, Android, and SDK) and Dot Com. As the Director, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and beyond. You will lead a small team of product managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for user-centric design, a strong understanding of native and web technology, and a proven track record of delivering successful mobile app and web products that drive business results.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy aligned with company goals. Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in the native mobile app and website space.
  • Drives the product and feature discovery process, helps elicit requirements and ensures alignment with strategic initiatives and business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic goals, customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives. Define and maintain, and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap.
  • Advises senior leaders on product management best practices through research and interaction with subject matter experts, stakeholders and clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers. Provide guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the team's success and professional growth.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and the business to drive product development and ensure successful launches. Foster a culture of collaboration and transparency.
  • Champion user-centric design principles and ensure that products meet the needs and expectations of our target audience. Conduct user research, gather insights, and iterate on features to continuously improve the user experience. Ensure continuity of experience across App and Web globally.
  • Define key metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and success. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Communicate product updates, milestones, and priorities effectively to internal stakeholders, leadership, and external partners as needed. Present plans, progress, and results in a clear and compelling manner.

Skills and experience we're seeking:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Product Management, with experience specific to native mobile apps
  • 4+ years of experience managing or leading a team
  • Experience in conversion funnel optimization, personalization, and native best practices
  • Ability to think strategically and translate high-level vision into actionable plans and initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated experience leading strategy for a product or feature set.
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams. Ability to thoughtfully deliver feedback, motivate, inspire, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Deep understanding of product management best practices, methodologies, and tools. Experience managing native mobile app and website of high caliber.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering products that delight and exceed expectations. Strong empathy for users and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences for users worldwide.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement. Proven track record of delivering successful products on time and within budget.
  • Ability to distill complex technical matters for a variety of audiences
  • Ability to execute roadmaps on time with clarity and accuracy
  • Ability and innate instinct for teamwork and collaboration
  • Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.

Pay Scale: $144,050-$196,432
