What You Will Do

We are looking for an experienced and driven professional to join our dynamic team as the Director of Pipeline Performance. In this key leadership role, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Development, and other senior leaders within our Go-To-Market organization. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze, optimize, and report on our pipeline model, while serving as a strategic business partner to the Global VP of Sales Development. Leveraging your operational expertise, strategic vision, and data-driven insights, you will play a critical role in refining our demand funnel and enhancing the performance of our sales pipeline. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate across GTM pipeline Stakeholders: Serve as a key liaison across various GTM leaders who impact our pipeline funnel. Effectively relay feedback between front-line stakeholders and GTM leaders, communicating issues, trends, and friction points.
  • Pipeline Analysis & Recommendations - Conduct comprehensive funnel & pipeline analysis, including pacing assessments, funnel flow, source effectiveness. Identify gaps in pipeline generation then develop and communicate actionable plans for improvement.
  • Forecast and Report: Establish a robust pipeline forecasting workflow with defined key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress. Prepare presentation decks and deliver performance insights during recurring pipeline update meetings, summarizing coverage, trends, and projections.
  • Pipeline Growth Initiatives: Identify and prioritize opportunities for pipeline growth in collaboration with Sales Leaders and Business Partners. Develop and implement actionable plans that enhance pipeline quality and boost conversion rates. 
  • Global Sales Development Ops & Strategy lead: Serve as a strong business partner to the global VP Sales development to ensure smooth day to day running of the business as well as long term planning. Help provide ad-hoc analysis & recommendations based on current needs of the business. 

What You Will  Need

  • Proven track record of success in GTM strategy & ops leadership roles, preferably in the AI or technology industry.
  • In-depth understanding of GTM S&O functional areas, including annual planning, forecasting, pipeline management
  • Strong ability to understand and translate complex dataset into insights and actionable recommendations
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to translate market trends into actionable sales strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment; – proven success in attracting, developing and retaining talent - knows how to inspire people and how to build and develop teams
  • Customer oriented, building relationships with customers (including internal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
