The Role
The Director of People & Culture role in India will be a key member of our People & Culture team at AiDash, responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business objectives in the region. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO), this strategic role will involve close collaboration with both the Chief People Officer and the Head of Talent Acquisition in the US. In this role, your focus will be on aligning People & Culture initiatives with broader business objectives while enhancing employee engagement at every level of the organization.
How you'll make an impact:

Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders in India to understand their strategic priorities and challenges. Provide data-driven insights and solutions that align with the organization's vision and enhance operational performance.

Global Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the CPO and Head of Talent Acquisition in the US to ensure alignment of People strategies and initiatives across global markets. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices to enhance our global capabilities and offerings.

Talent Acquisition Leadership: Provide dotted line leadership to the Talent Acquisition team, driving innovative recruitment strategies that attract top talent. Work collaboratively to enhance the candidate experience and ensure alignment with the company's workforce planning.

People Operations Excellence: Work closely with the Head of People Operations in the US to ensure alignment with global strategies and initiatives in India. Collaborate on key People Operations functions, including onboarding, 1st tier support, employee relations, and compliance. Drive the implementation of best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in People operations while ensuring adherence to global standards.

Leadership Development:Partner with CPO to design and Implement programs that foster leadership capabilities and support succession planning in India. Collaborate with local leaders to develop and execute talent development initiatives that align with AiDash’s strategic goals.

Change Management and Organizational Development: Lead change management initiatives, providing guidance and support to business leaders during transitions. Develop organizational development strategies that align with business needs. Ensure that these changes are communicated across the company.

Metrics and Reporting:Establish and analyze metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership. Utilize data to inform strategic decisions and continuously improve People practices and initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience as an HR Business Partner with additional experience in at least one of the key areas of People & Culture (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or People Operations)
- Proven experience in collaborating with, and influencing senior leadership, particularly in a matrixed or global organization. Experience working with the US based companies is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with global leaders and influence key stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing People teams and driving organizational change
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree in HR is preferred
