The Director, Partner Development – Broadway, is the go-to Broadway industry expert for EBG’s Partner Development team. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing new Broadway relationships. You will understand various ticket systems and support multiple direct API Integrations. You will analyze and negotiate rates as well as develop and pitch marketing campaigns with partners with goal of maintaining and growing marketing and sales revenue.
Essential Functions
- Partnership
- Aggressively pursue and follow up with potential new Broadway supplier partners
- Consistently support current Broadway supplier partners
- Identify opportunities to create efficiencies with our existing internal processes
- Travel and attend industry events representing the brand
- Pricing & Sales Analysis
- Negotiate rates and develop pricing for all Broadway supplier products
- Work with various ticketing systems and integrations using your knowledge of API connectivity with multiple systems including Broadway Inbound, Ticketmaster, Seatgeek, and more.
- Maintain market competitive analysis
- Analyze ticket sales and adjust pricing and sales strategy to continually meet or exceed goals
- Build strategic plans to increase partner sales
- Marketing
- Build, maintain, and execute the Broadway marketing strategy with current and prospect partners
- Communicate and collaborate on strategic campaigns with internal teams
- Track advertising revenue
- Meet or exceed goals
- Support a team responsible for:
- Build and execution of new products and updates to existing products
- Troubleshoot integration connectivity in coordination with API teams internally and externally
- Monitor all EBG sites for accuracy and optimization
- Monitor, track and file partner agreements & advertising campaigns
- Manage and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Base Salary $65,000 -100,000 / yr
Salary will be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Based in New York City or are willing to relocate
- 5+ years of experience in Theatre or Live Entertainment industry, including creating marketing campaigns and pricing strategy
- Experience working with various live event ticketing systems and integrations
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize findings into recommendations that help drive business outcomes
- Proven track record of account management
- Polished written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced dynamic environment - manage multiple projects, shift priorities frequently and maintain exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel (Intermediate to Advanced).
- Ability to work onsite 2 days per week, Tue/Thu
- Ability to travel on occasion
