We are seeking an experienced Director in Atlanta to join our Organization Design team, reporting to the VP of Organization Design, as part of our Global Talent team. This role will play a key role in shaping our organization's future and delivery of our Visa 2030 strategy, by supporting Visa and our businesses to align structure, roles, and responsibilities with our strategic goals.
We need subject matter expertise and experience in organization design, as well as the passion, strategic thinking, and collaboration to partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to put in place long-term organizational strategies for Visa, driving maximum impact and outcomes for our business and our people.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on strategic and tactical organization design topics across Visa’s global organization, through from strategic goal and model definition to supporting relevant implementation and help establish critical organization design foundations across the Visa organization. They will play a critical role in helping to deliver Visa’s strategic goals and enable the OD and wider Talent and People teams to support business priorities, optimize business performance, and create team effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leadership People BP teams to understand business strategy and translate into clear recommendations for change initiatives across the organization design cycle, including strategic review & goals, operating & organizational model advisory, detailed design and implementation planning
Collaborate on and lead development of critical organization design foundations (including components of guidance, resources and training), to inform consistent, effective organization design and team effectiveness across Visa.
Partner with relevant teams to provide organizational design data and insights, incl. spans & layers, alongside broader Talent and People considerations
Oversee change management initiatives related to organizational design and job architecture and ensure they are effectively communicated and implemented, incl. monitoring and assessing effectiveness, adjusting as necessary to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Partner closely with Talent teams to implement Visa’s skills strategy to ensure alignment to strategic organizational capability, including collaboration on relevant job architecture framework evolution.
Partner with peers in wider Talent and People teams to align organizational design at Visa to broader talent management, acquisition and learning strategies.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 137,300.00 to 199,050.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
