Bethel Church of Redding is seeking a Director of Worship (BSSM Online) and Director of BSSM Online & Tribe Young Adults. The role involves managing and directing all worship operations for Tribe Young Adults and BSSM Online of Bethel Church. Responsibilities include overseeing songwriting, album production, product creation, tour schedules, and production of local, national, and international worship events. The position also entails managing and directing all operations for the online school, including scheduling speakers, school curriculum, and pastors/support staff. Additionally, the role involves developing, managing, and directing all young adult programs across Bethel Church, as well as directing the annual young adults’ conference. The Director will also supervise employees within Bethel Church’s young adults program and provide pastoral care to young adults within the church. Other responsibilities include leading department staff meetings and managing and maintaining budgets for BSSM Online and Tribe Young Adults.
Annual Salary Range: $68,910.00 to $75,000.00
Full time (40hours/week) / Ministerial Exempt status
Requirements
- Must have a Music Certificate or higher certification, a Ministry School Certification
- Atleast seven (7) years of experience in the music industry.
- This position also requires at least five (5) years of experience serving in a pastoral role within a Christian organization
- Five (5) years of experience in a leadership role over young adults within the same.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with: writing and producing music, specifically worship albums; training artists in concert performance; planning and facilitating large group events (mission trips, conferences, retreats); technical music skills; public speaking and administration; music industry contracts; contract negotiation; tour management logistics; social media strategy; and group facilitation.
- Experience may be gained concurrently.
