Role:

The Director, Strategic Vendor Sales is responsible for driving overall success and growth of the Paymode-X network. In this role you will lead and inspire a team responsible for enrolling high value Vendors while also setting/ executing our overall skill development and coaching strategy.    

How you'll Contribute:

  • Drive revenue through direct involvement in execution of value sales model to enroll Vendors into the Paymode-X Network 
  • Motivating, inspiring, and coach a team of Vendor Advocates to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals 
  • Be a subject matter expert for the Paymode-X solution, expertly positioning value for the Vendor community and mastering the process of overcoming objections. 
  • Directly coaching sales reps to improve performance and assist with career growth  
  • Partner with team managers on development plans for each team member 
  • Coach Vendor Enrollment team managers and team leads on best practices for rep development 
  • Responsible for driving adoption of sales technologies and methodologies  
  • Manage overall tech stack in support of development and success 
  • Effectively use tools to communicate with via phone, email, screen share and/or other technology 

If you have the attributes, skills, and experience listed below, we want to hear from you:

  • Minimum of 8-10 sales experience, with at least 5 year of sales leadership 
  • Experience is SAAS sales or Payments highly preferred  
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
