To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Director of UX Research to join our UX and Marketing Research team. This role will lead and inspire a team of qualitative and quantitative researchers whose insights drive vision and product direction. As a core part of the research leadership team, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams in Product, Design, Data Science, and Marketing to shape the future of AI-powered communication assistance.
As Director of UX Research for the Core Product and Trust & Enterprise research teams, your focus will be on fostering a culture of trust, curiosity, and continuous growth while ensuring operational excellence and research rigor are at the forefront of your team’s practice. You’ll work closely with the Head of Research to ensure that research remains a strategic and competitive advantage for Grammarly.

depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations. In Canada, all locations where we support employment are considered “Zone 1”.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and maybe modified in the future.
