What You'll Do:

Strategic Leadership

• Define and lead strategic initiatives in collaboration with the executive team.
• Identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure market competitiveness.
• Conduct market analysis and develop a strategic roadmap to align the organization’s goals.

Analytics & Insights

• Oversee the analytics function to deliver accurate and actionable insights.
• Guide the development of data models, dashboards, and predictive analytics.
• Transform complex data into strategies that drive real results.

Team Leadership & Development

• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
• Promote data literacy and analytical thinking organization-wide.
• Establish team goals and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Performance Optimization

• Develop metrics and tools to monitor and improve business performance.
• Implement processes for real-time insights and proactive decision-making.
• Address performance gaps and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborative Impact:

• Drive sales strategies with actionable data insights.
• Lead customer-focused initiatives to enhance retention and loyalty.
• Oversee monthly business reviews, ensuring actionable takeaways from key metrics.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years in strategy or analytics, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven ability to design and execute data-driven strategies that yield measurable results.
• Proficiency in analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and collaboration.
