In this role, you will serve as the senior salesperson reporting directly to Public Sector Director with specific responsibility for all sales efforts within the US Department of Justice.  

You will have a unique opportunity to build a rapidly growing team, define the sales playbook to win the DOJ and make a real and lasting impact at Relativity.  

Your Role in Action

  • Strategic sales leadership – You will be the ultimate driver of sales strategy and the execution of sales results.  You will be expected to deeply understand the needs of the customer which will, in turn, influence the sales playbook to win.  
  • Collaborator across the org – As the DOJ leader, you will be partnering across the company to drive results.  Synchronizing the needs of the DOJ with teams such as Marketing, Customer Success, and our Service Delivery team will be important to your success.      
  • Driver of operational excellence – The DOJ sales team is undergoing a period of change and maturity.  Setting standards and repeatable operational processes will be key to scaling the team for the future. Your operational leadership will set the standard in terms of sales efficiency and effectiveness.  

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10 -15 years of relevant experience with a relevant degree-level qualification or equivalent combination of work experience and formal education 
  • At least5 years of sales experience with a minimum of 1-year selling SaaS  

Preferred Qualifications

  • You are a seasoned operational leader who has a track record of seeing initiatives through from strategic ideation to implementation
  • You've had an opportunity to be a part of successful B2B commercial organizations and understand where create value and drive efficiency
  • Have managed teams with a diverse set of skills ranging from technical, operational, analytical and strategic
  • Can context shift where you can grasp and communicate big concepts yet seat the minutia when it matters

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes competitive cash on-target earnings (OTE) and long-term incentives. The expected OTE range for this role is between $317,000 and $528,000. The final offered OTE will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
