Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Software Development to lead and inspire a team of talented engineers dedicated to developing cutting-edge software solutions. Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of experienced team leaders responsible for managing and guiding their respective development teams.

- Project Management:
- Manage multiple software development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

- Technical Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development, cloud computing, and communication systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development teams.

- Establish and maintain rigorous quality standards and processes.
- Implement robust testing and quality assurance practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with1 at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading successful software development projects and teams.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and edge technologies.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, DevOps).
- Experience with end-to-end communication applications (e.g., VoIP, messaging, video conferencing).
