About The Role:

As the Director of Sales, Alt and Specialty at Feastables, you will play a pivotal role in driving Feastables' success within the Alternative and Specialty retail sectors. You'll be instrumental in forging and enhancing relationships with key retailers in these unique channels, as well as developing strategies that align with our brand's vision and goals.

In this role, you will balance both strategic planning and executional excellence, all while expanding Feastables’ footprint within the alternative and specialty retail sectors. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing Feastables' market share in these dynamic channels, making you an integral part of our overall growth journey!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand Feastables' presence and market share in alternative and specialty retail channels
  • Create tailored sales strategies for various product categories, ensuring they align with our overarching brand strategy
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key alternative and specialty retailers.
  • Foster a culture of success and goal achievement
  • Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Strategy teams to maintain a unified brand message and product synergy
  • Actively identify and leverage trends and innovations in the CPG and alternative retail landscape
  • Set and surpass ambitious sales targets, using data-driven insights for strategic planning

Recipe For Success:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales within the CPG industry, with a significant emphasis on alternative and specialty retail channels
  • Established relationships with key decision-makers in major alternative and specialty retail accounts
  • A proven history of leading sales teams to consistently exceed targets and objectives
  • In-depth understanding of the alternative and specialty retail landscape, consumer purchasing behaviors, and category management
  • Strong analytical abilities, with experience in market trend analysis and strategic decision-making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of leading internal and external discussions
  • A proactive approach, thriving in a lean, fast-paced environment
  • A genuine interest in the creator and social media space, aligning with Feastables’ brand ethos
