Position OverviewÂ
The Director, of Product & Solutions Marketing will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Caseware’s product offerings and our commercial teams, ensuring customer-focused positioning that speaks directly to the audit and accounting industry. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, Brian Heath, you will develop compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience, especially those in the audit and accounting fields. This role calls for a deep understanding of both audit and product marketing, ideally suited for someone with a background in audit who has since transitioned into product marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.Â

Ideal Persona & Candidate ProfileÂ
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in Audit and Assurance (at least at a Senior Audit Associate or Audit Manager level). You’ve likely made the shift from Audit and Assurance into product marketing or a related field within a B2B SaaS company, ideally serving the audit or accounting industry. However, we welcome candidates with experience in other types of accounting software (such as internal audit software, ERP, or similar accounting-related solutions) who bring robust product marketing expertise and a strong foundation in accounting-related content.

What you will do:

Product Marketing Expertise: Leverage product marketing skills to understand the needs of the audit and accounting industry, crafting messaging and positioning strategies that effectively communicate the value of Caseware solutions.Â

Client-Centric Focus: Develop messaging that addresses industry pain points and highlights meaningful product features and benefits. Engage with clients directly through service initiatives and customer support efforts to strengthen relationships.Â

Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to align product messaging with customer needs and ensure cohesive marketing strategies.Â

Content Creation & Positioning: Drive content development and market positioning strategies for Caseware’s portfolio. Lead client-facing engagements and act as a subject matter expert across presentations and promotional efforts.Â

Presentation Skills: Represent Caseware confidently at conferences, webinars, and client meetings, communicating product messaging and industry insights clearly and effectively.Â
What you will bring:

Audit & Assurance Background: 3-5 years of experience in audit and assurance, with a strong grasp of audit standards and processes (minimum of Senior Audit Associate or Audit Manager level).Â

Product Marketing Experience: Prior experience in product marketing or a related marketing role within a B2B SaaS organization. Candidates with backgrounds in product management, growth marketing, or similar functions focused on audit/accounting or ERP software are encouraged to apply.Â
