About the Role:
We are seeking a Product Marketing Director with deep experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the cybersecurity or identity management sector.
This individual will play a key role in designing and executing impactful content that elevates Transmit Security’s brand and product offerings.
The ideal candidate is not only a great storyteller but also someone who understands the unique challenges of security solutions and can craft compelling narratives for large enterprise clients.
What you’ll do:

Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports the entire sales process—from awareness to conversion. This includes presentations, product demos, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and other marketing collateral.

Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with sales teams to design and create engaging sales tools, including presentations, competitive intelligence, and pitch decks that effectively communicate the value of Transmit Security’s offerings.

Go-to-Market Planning: Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring all marketing collateral is aligned with product messaging and tailored to the needs of different customer segments.

Demo Creation: Develop best-in-class product demos that showcase our solutions’ value, particularly to large enterprises in the cybersecurity space.

Collateral for Sales Stages: Design customized content for each stage of the sales funnel (awareness, consideration, decision), ensuring the sales team has the tools they need to effectively engage and convert prospects.

Market Research & Positioning: Stay current on industry trends and competitors, adjusting product positioning and messaging as needed to stay ahead in the market.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align messaging, product positioning, and marketing strategies.

Metrics & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of content and marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and improve marketing effectiveness.

What you’ll need:
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on B2B solutions.
- Experience in security, identity management, or related fields is a must.
- Proven experience developing and executing content strategies that support the sales process from start to finish.
- Strong experience in creating product demos and sales collateral for large enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical products into compelling, easy-to-understand value propositions.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly Product and Sales.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and optimize marketing efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
