We are looking for a skilled Director of Product Management to join our team and lead the development and enhancement of our virtual agent platform, catering to the diverse needs of millions of travelers worldwide. In your role, you will work with cutting-edge generative AI technology, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions and ensure the successful deployment of our code into production. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a global company, working closely with engineers, designers, data analysts, and various stakeholders, including the CEO and other c-level executives.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the development and enhancement of our virtual agent platform to meet the evolving needs of travelers.
- Utilize cutting-edge generative AI technology to improve the functionality and performance of the virtual agent.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize the user experience and drive product success.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data analysts to prioritize and execute product features and enhancements.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including the CEO and other c-level executives, to align product goals with business objectives.
- Ensure the timely delivery of product milestones and effectively communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Drive a result-oriented approach, focused on getting things done efficiently and effectively.
- Report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and provide regular updates on project status and performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Director of Product Management, preferably in the technology or travel industry.
- Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications, particularly in virtual agent development.
- Ability to ask the right questions and analyze data to inform product decisions.
