Ramsey Solutions is looking for a Director of Product Management on our Platform team. This role will partner with Platform leadership to translate business needs into actionable plans and coaching product managers with the skills and context to solve customer problems in ways that work for the business.

• Effectively coach a team of Product Managers
• Provide value through our platform that accelerates our mission
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders
• High level of business acumen, building partnerships and trust across multiple channels
• Able to cast long term vision for the Digital Platform at Ramsey Solutions

Skills Needed to Win:

• 5+ years of current experience leading and coaching Product Managers
• 7-10 years in a software engineering environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build partnerships and influences at all levels
• The ability to galvanize your team on the vision how we do Product Management effectively
• Following the teachings of Marty Cagan's Empowered and Inspired books

$130,000 - $175,000/year + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on level of skill and overall experience
