Director of Product

Eindhoven, Netherlands
Full-Time

Catch the GoodHabitz Sparkle!

Welcome to GoodHabitz, one of the fastest-growing international Ed-Tech companies in Europe. Our mission? To make learning as accessible, engaging, and fun as binge-watching your favorite series, scrolling through your news feed, or watching your team score a winning goal. How do we do it? We craft unique training experiences now available in 20 countries worldwide, all produced in-house at the GoodHabitz Studios. But we're not all work and no play. We invest in fun outings and events, ensuring our team has the time of their lives.

Behind the scenes, we're a team of goal-driven individuals who thrive on mutual inspiration and support. We're positive, creative masterminds always looking on the bright side, eager to tackle every challenge that comes our way.

The Challenge

As the Director of Product at GoodHabitz, you'll lead our product management team and enable them to create world-class, user-centric products in the EdTech space. You’ll play an important role in shaping the direction of our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.

In this leadership position, you will leverage your extensive product management experience to guide the team through complex challenges, iterate quickly on product improvements, and drive measurable business outcomes.

GoodHabitz recently shifted from a sales-led to a product-led organization. Such a change doesn’t happen overnight, and we need a strong product mind to help us implement this product-first approach in the organization, as well as ensure that product development is strongly focussed on driving business impact.

This role will report directly to the CPO.

What You'll Do: 🎯

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Together with the CPO you will define and own the product vision and strategy in alignment with the broader business objectives.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of currently 3 product managers. Build a culture of learning fast by coordinating and driving the process of building MVPs, learning and iterating.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations.
  • Execution & Delivery: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to iteration to execution.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Deeply understand the evolving needs of our customers (the buyers of our product) and the end-customer (the student that uses our platform).
  • Business Outcomes: Ensure MVPs and products lead to measurable business success that is then used to create a fast iteration cycle.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Perfect data does not exist. You can balance product intuition with qualitative and quantitative data, and use this balance to always have a strong bias towards action.

Requirements

The perfect match...

  • Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, B2B, B2B2C, or EdTech.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing and growing product teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving complex product strategies from conception through to launch and iteration.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive cross-functional teams toward a shared vision.
  • Passion for building innovative, engaging, and user-friendly products that empower people and organizations.
  • Strong understanding of technical frameworks and the ability to engage effectively with engineering teams.

Benefits

Join us, and you'll become a valued part of a lively and dynamic team. We nurture a flexible and supportive work culture that strikes the perfect balance between your professional life and your well-deserved downtime.
