Our platform lists products in all key categories, focusing on maximum shopping convenience including fast and free deliveries under the Allegro Smart! programme, modern financial services like Allegro Pay, and an ever-widening network of pickup points.
We are looking for an experienced technology leader to develop and optimize our traffic generation, across all our channels (including B2B sales ) and lead development of our Smart! program.
What will your main responsibilities include?
- Identifying and answering the key needs of Allegro buyers
- Managing and establishing the business directions of our development and product team
- Defining a platform development roadmap to meet consumer needs and drive revenue
- Identifying and developing key capabilities in the customer-facing organisation to achieve our long-term goals
- Operationally managing your Unit (including managing a budget and making forecasts, business performance management, executing a recruitment plan, OKR-s)
- Building and executing a budget for the Unit
- Developing your people to build the future leaders of Allegro
- Aligning with other business units that cross the consumer path to support the strategic direction of Allegro.
- Achieving growth and maximizing the outcome for Allegro
