THE ROLE
Covariant’s product team plays a critical role in building the next generation of AI robotics for the real world. As the Director of Product, you’ll help build and execute our product roadmap to enable growth among multiple product lines. You’ll learn about our customers’ operations, identify the most meaningful problems that we could solve for them, and develop a product vision that maximizes the impact Covariant can make on the market.

YOU WILL

  • Develop and execute our product strategy, aligning it with the company's vision and objectives. Translate market trends, customer insights, and technology advancements into a compelling product roadmap.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring successful product delivery within budget and timelines. 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, experience, marketing, and operations to deliver a high-quality, market-leading service.
  • Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team

YOU HAVE

  • A record of leading product organizations that deliver innovative and commercially successful results.
  • 10+ years experience as a senior product leader in reputable technology companies known for fast-paced, rapidly-iterating, product driven cultures. 
  • 3 years or more of leadership experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills
  • BS/MS in a technical degree (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math) or work experience of comparable technical content
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

  • Hardware product management experience
