What We Need:
We’re looking for a Director to help establish, drive and expand our performance vertical. This Director of Performance will develop both advertiser and agency contacts and cultivate relationships at all levels to capitalize and grow the performance vertical, and influence Yieldmo’s position as the leader in performance marketing.
As Director, you will develop a strong POV and strategy, and build a performance team that will focus on key advertiser and agency contacts to drive new business with performance clients. This role also works closely with the CRO, Product, Operations and Account Management to optimize the vertical strategy and grow revenue. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in performance media sales, 5+ years in driving performance media outcomes (and strong contracts with agencies active in performance marketing. For a motivated Director, this is what it is all about - building a new revenue stream within an established organization.

US Jobs: The base salary range for this role is: $150,000-$200,000 per year. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmo's total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience, level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. In these situations, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
