What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee all people operations across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives and priorities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that fosters a high-performance culture across all markets.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to create an inclusive and motivating work environment, with a focus on frontline teams.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for people initiatives, providing insights and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all GCC markets, implementing best practices in HR governance.
- Lead change management initiatives, guiding teams through transitions and fostering a culture of resilience and adaptability.
- Mentor and develop HR Business Partners (HRBPs), enhancing their capability to support frontline operations and strategic HR initiatives.
What Are We Looking For
- Minimum of 10 years in a senior HR leadership role, with extensive experience managing HRBPs and frontline operations across the GCC.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful people strategies in a fast-paced environment,
- Deep understanding of GCC labor laws and regional HR best practices.
- Experience in the KSA market is a must, with a deep understanding of local labor laws and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making

Recruitment Process and Timeline
First, you apply, and our talent attraction team will review your profile. If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a link to schedule a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience. This meeting is an opportunity for you to share more about yourself and for us to get to know you better.
If you are shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring managers. Depending on the role and its requirements, you may need to attend 2-3 interview rounds. These rounds could include a case study, role-play, trial assignment, or live coding session, which will be communicated to you in the initial conversation.
Upon successful completion of the interview rounds, your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer. We aim to complete this process within 2-3 weeks.
