THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Director of New Business Sales to our Revenue team in US!

We're looking for a passionate and driven New Business Sales Director to lead a team of Account Executives in the Small & Medium Business (SMB) segment. Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on SaaS or technology solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring high-performing sales teams, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Deep understanding of SMB sales processes and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and grow successful, collaborative sales teams.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, etc.).
  • A genuine passion for fostering an inclusive, winning team culture.

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $130.201 - $162.752. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.

PAID TIME OFF: It’s to take time away from work to recharge. Employees receive a minimum of 25 days PTO per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5) in addition to annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday!)
